Abstract:  Gas lift is one of the most effective drainage and gas recovery technologies in gas field, and gas lift valve is the core tool of gas lift technology. In order to solve the problem that the safety coefficient of nitride 25MPa gas lift valve is low in some high-pressure deep well gas lift at present, the nitride35MPa gas lift valve has been successfully developed by optimizing the design of the bellows of the gas lift valve, chamber, selecting the best material, improved processing technology, the finite element stress analysis and a lot of experiments. After applying the internal pressure of 36 ~ 38MPa and the external pressure of 90 ~ 93MPa to the chamber of the air lift valve, it is in perfect condition, and the absolute error between the opening pressure of the air lift valve and the theoretical value at different temperatures is less than 0. 9mpa and the relative error is less than 8% . The field trail use of the new valve is in good agreement with the process design parameters, which indicates that the opening pressure of the valve is close to the theoretical opening pressure and is in good condition in the well. The successful development of the high pressure gas lift valve expands the scope of gas lift technology and provides technical support for gas lift drainage and gas recovery in such high pressure deep gas wells as in Longgang and Longwangmiao block.

摘要:

 气举是气田出水后最有效的排水采气工艺之一,气举阀是气举工艺的核心工具,为解决目前一些高压深井气举中充氮25 MPa气举阀安全系数较低的问题,通过优化设计气举阀波纹管、腔室、优选材质、改进加工工艺、有限元应力分析研究及大量的实验,成功研制出充氮35MPa气举阀。对气举阀腔室施加内压36~38 MPa、外压90~93MPa后完好无损,且气举阀在不同温度下打开压力与理论值绝对误差小于.9 MPa,相对误差小于8%。新阀气举现场施工与工艺设计参数非常吻合,表明气举阀打开压力与其理论打开压力接近,在井下状态良好。高压气举阀的成功研制,拓展了气举工艺范围,为龙岗、龙王庙等高压深井气举排水采气提供技术支撑。
